Oracle Product Marketing Snr Manager in Quincy, Massachusetts

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market. Manages a staff of managers.

As a manager in product marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development of company marketing specifications for specific product(s) or product line(s). Manage marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives. Monitor the development of business plans and business results of e-marketing. Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the market place. Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns. Act as a technical advisor for specific product(s). Initiate and foster relationships with development, sales, and other groups to develop new products or enhance functionality of existing product(s) or product line(s). Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Practical internet knowledge. Software business management experience. 4 years technical marketing experience. Previous development experience or developer marketing experience desired. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Successful track record in management. BA/BS degree. MBA a plus.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Oracle Advanced Customer Services (ACS) is seeking a Go to Market (GTM) Product Marketing Senior Manager to join our team of professionals who provide unmatched, tailored support and services to ensure Oracle customers and their Oracle technology investments deliver the cutting-edge innovation and performance their business requires to compete.

In this position you will help to drive the rhythm of the ACS business, through the development and execution of go to market (GTM) sales campaigns and supporting customer facing asset and client experiences. All of your work will be focused on driving tangible busines outcomes represented by pipeline growth, deal progression and bookings.Ideally, you’ve worn different go to market hats and have successfully managed multiple programs involving a variety of tactics(digital/social/events/demos etc). You thrive on developing ideas for new customer engagements to support sales campaigns, building the framework, and working cross-functionally to manage the execution and optimization to achieve data-driven results.

You will be required to think holistically and strategically about key GTM processes, effectiveness, engagement and communications while continually driving alignment and execution of Oracle Advanced Customer Services growth initiatives. You will have opportunities to take on special projects with executive exposure above and beyond your core responsibilities, special projects should excite you for this opportunity to be a good fit.

_Qualifications_

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, marketing or related field

  • 10 years’ experience developing and executing successful go to market campaigns for Information technology companies

  • At least 3 years people management experience with a passion for mentoring and fostering a culture of innovation

  • Solution Services Marketing and messaging experience is essential

  • Demonstrate effective storytelling in content development

  • Strong organization skills

  • A track record of effectively collaborating across groups, to drive clarity and effectiveness

  • Ability to manage complexity while driving clarity

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand concepts for communications.

  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.

  • Collaborative team player that performs well in a fast-paced, and ever-changing environment

  • Strong understanding and experience working in a sales organization with customer-facing employees and the ability to translate that experience into strategic insight and meaningful client experiences.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive aligned outcomes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic

  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Ability to travel 10-20% once safe again

_Requirements:_

  • Expertise in native social apps (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and Social Media Management

  • Marketing Automation tool expert - Oracle Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Endecca, MRM

  • Proficient in MS office applications

  • Demonstrated expertise in executing virtual and in person customer events

  • Demonstrate communications written, presentation and verbal skills

  • Demonstrate Content Creation - blog articles, social media copy, customer success stories, website content, event content

  • Response lead management expertise
