Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

As an Agency Partner Manager in one of the fastest-growing divisions of our company, you will have access to ODC's (Oracle Data Cloud) digital audiences, media and measurement solutions, DMP, Moat and Grapeshot s suite of context capabilities. Oracle provides a comprehensive and unified data solution to drive prospecting a scale, audience insights and cross channel marketing actions. We are starting to partner more deeply with agencies to help them utilize these assets to drive ROI for their clients.
The Agency Partner team is responsible for the technical implementation, product liaison and identification of new business solutions for partner agencies. In addition, you will be expected to provide Oracle with visibility into the organizational structure and business opportunity of your portfolio of agencies. In doing so you will become a trusted advisor to your agency partners and internal colleagues at Oracle.
Key responsibilities include:
Own communication with the product teams of agencies
Understand and lead all aspects of technical integrations.
Understand Oracle s full suite of products and provide input on enhancements required for the agency ecosystem
Act as the data strategist for a portfolio of holding companies. Providing insights into the ecosystem, trends and future growth
Collate effective materials for companywide QBR s with the Agency and Oracle Leadership teams
Act as the interface between product and product marketing and the Agency
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years experience working with or within an advertising agency
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to lead client presentations
Technical understanding of data, analytics, DMP
Sales engineering experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
Adept at navigating a complex marketplace
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
Rounded understanding of general marketing practices, targeting practices and online media
Advanced knowledge of online advertising techniques
Understanding of statistical concepts, such as correlation analysis, regression analysis and statistical significance a plus
Travel as needed, up to 30%
