Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

Sr. Manager, Field Marketing, Americas (IC4)
Partners with regional Sales, Channels and Product Marketing leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
Develops and implements marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations.
Strategically plans and executes Oracle and 3rdparty events and digital demand generation programs.
Orchestrates virtual teams to rollout events and digital demand generation marketing programs.
Manages marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business and/or geography.
Maintains necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations to achieve marketing objectives.
Measures programs ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
10 years of experiences in Sales/Marketing, of which at least 3 years in sales/marketing software solutions to large, complex organizations.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event and digital demand generation programs.
Exceptional organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail.
Experience in working with and managing external vendor relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with virtual teams.

University/College degree in business/marketing /engineering is required.
