Lead by influencing strategic direction for Brand by building & guiding a high-performing team and cross-functional leaders which include developing and refining the processes for banner strategic business planning, new store prototype development, competitive intelligence including response planning as well as other critical priorities to ensure Brand's success.
Assess company goals and objectives to determine appropriate strategy and initiatives and relative priority.
Develop business cases and cross-functional enrollment for the financial resources required to successfully support initiatives.
Develop, implement and continuously pursue innovative concepts and strategies that bring added depth and breadth to corporate business strategies in collaboration with retail.
Provide strategic focus and effort to target growth opportunities including acquisitions and strategy roll out markets. Influence banner and Brand leadership team concerning strategic opportunities.

Guide the Brand leadership team in identifying and prioritizing annual priorities, including financial and strategic implications
Ensure transparency in timing, complexity and resource constraints of planned initiatives
Regularly facilitate leadership team conversations to review progress and updates to the strategic plans
Provide guidance on, identify, and share best practices to increase sales and maximize profitability
New store prototype development
Lead the facilitation of new store designs that appropriately display the brand and business model
Align the Brand leadership team on concepts, causing targeted decisions around space allocation between departments that best maximize sales and profitability
Facilitate Brand shared services interactions to select design firm, liaise between banner and shared services to determine colors, sizes, layouts and other design specifics in a timely manner to ensure completion on time and budget
Provide financial assumptions to investment analysis team to develop proforma and design specific breakeven assumptions
Maintain ownership over any/all future updates and changes to prototype design, coordinate between all functions to develop process to manage/maintain
Maintain scope definition for remodels to ensure prototype designs remain consistent throughout the network Strategic opportunities
Own the banner process to engage with shared services partners in regards to new stores, potential acquisition opportunities, remodel/strategy roll out markets and other capital projects as necessary
Own strategic special events including analyst trips, Brand events within Brand markets (e.g. Investor Summits)
Manage and/or serve as member of key teams and committees on large-scale and/or long-term special projects
8-10 year's work experience, including experience working with research
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.)
