Elligo Health Research Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote) in Quincy, Massachusetts

JOB SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Specialist position will function within the Patient Services Department as the subject matter expert (SME) for all client related digital marketing initiatives. This position will oversee planning, strategizing, setup, optimization, and reporting of client pay per click (PPC) and other digital advertising campaigns. This role will have key objectives in the following three main areas: Implementation (including oversight and execution) of the client digital advertising campaigns. Inclusive of strategizing and optimizing digital lead generation campaigns for highest ROI on client projects Serve as the SME and support project growth within the digital ad space including platform analysis, landing page integrations, SEM/SEO improvements, and reporting Support the department’s growth by maintaining the most up to date marketing strategies Serve as the SME for client’s global digital advertising efforts RESPONSIBILITES Project Digital Marketing Deliverables Serve as main point of contact for execution and management of Google, Facebook and other approved paid advertising campaigns Setup and proactively manage individual campaigns to ensure delivering in full, with the best possible performance Generate and manage web metrics and analytics, with the ability to build customized reports Interpret the ROI of efforts and strategies implemented and report on the effectiveness of projects and make recommendations on areas to adjust Work with marketing and web teams to identify Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and implement solutions to enhance SEO on all client websites and landing pages Collaborate with content specialists to create, schedule and effectively manage digital content deliverables for clients Perform research related to digital advertising requirements or strategies for particular geographic areas, countries or target audiences Communicate ad specs and deadlines to Project Managers and ensure all creative assets and third-party tracking tags are gathered and working properly Support Associate Director of Marketing in all day-to-day digital activities including client requests, account management, campaign reporting/analysis, and acquiring creative assets Manage communication regarding clients and campaigns with team members when needed Assist with the QA and proofing of advertisements, online posts, presentations, collateral and any material for the marketing team for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Work within given timelines and budgets. Project manage special ad-related projects 2. Digital Advertising Ongoing Enhancements Maintain active understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape to ensure the strategies used for our clients are cutting edge Maintain continued education on pay per click platforms Collaborate with web team to ensure website and landing page platforms and technology is optimized with all digital advertising efforts Work with the Associate Director of Marketing, Business Development, and at times the Compliance team to offer new and innovative digital marketing strategies Work with Associate Director of Marketing to refine physician facing digital advertising strategy QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field A minimum of 2-4 years’ professional experience in marketing, advertising or communications field, with a strong focus in online advertising Advertising agency experience preferred Certifications from Google Ads and Facebook Established experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Skilled in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio (preferred) Other digital marketing certifications preferred and welcomed Ability to manage digital advertising budgets across multiple accounts and campaigns on a global scale Working knowledge of WordPress website platform Strong written and verbal skills Self-motivated with superb organization skills and attention to detail Ability to see alternative points of view and respond positively to feedback Effectively and collaboratively work with multiple departments to meet specified deadlines Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively Familiarity with the clinical research industry is preferred WORKING CONDITIONS This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Moderate (10-25%) travel is required for this position.
