Oracle Cloud Partner Alliances Consultant - Public Sector in Quincy, Massachusetts
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Oracle is seeking a proven Partner Executive in the public sector market to own, shape and and build mindshare and adoption with of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with key System Integrators. Your responsibility will be to develop, drive engagements, programs and capabilities with assigned partners that results in sell-through revenue and a growing Oracle partner competency.
Areas of Responsibilities:
Engage assigned System Integrator partner; assess partner focus, gain executive commitment to partnership and GTM plan
Develop Partner Expertise plan and execution in alignment with Oracle Partner Network framework
Engage named System Integrators; assess partner market/solution focus, gain executive commitment to partnership and GTM plan with Oracle
Lead joint business development planning processes with SI that develop mutual performance objectives, goals, and critical milestones
Maintain and Executive relationships and interactions with Oracle PS Leadership
Achieve Goals for Pipeline, Growth, and Expertise
Maintain an accurate and robust System Integrator pipeline and forecast of business opportunities
Partner GTM integration with Oracle Executive and Sales engagement, for new customer acquisition
Improve awareness, preference and adoption of Oracle Cloud technology
Extend portfolio of partner solutions developed on Oracle Cloud technology
Increase consumption and improve renewal rates of procured Cloud services
Identify Federal and State & Local SI Program Capture opportunities for Oracle Cloud Adoption
Drive Cloud Contract Vehicles Expansion
Role Expectations:
Curate, expose and promote partners based on market access and workload expertise
Execute data driven criteria standards with partners (certs, expertise, best practices, etc.)
Align top partners to sales
Enablement plan development and execution
o Assess corporate enablement offerings and promote to partners
- Subject Matter Expertise on Oracle partner facing programs and initiatives
o Be proficient in and be perceived as a subject matter in key Oracle Cloud solutions. Support your partners, their customers and extend partner teams in that technology.

Strong end customer sales experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or technical discipline

10 Year demonstrated success in Channel Sales or Direct Sales Role
