Oracle Client Partner in Quincy, Massachusetts
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

About This Role
As a Client Partner on the Holding Company Agency Activation team, you’ll own maximizing the Audience and Context potential for that Holding Company's client roster. The Agency Activation team works with our largest agency partners that buy our solutions for Audience, Contextual targeting and Brand Safety.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with sales and digital marketing experience with agencies, clients, ad tech platforms and media partners. The right candidate will be motivated by building new relationships, building on existing ones to grow new revenue opportunities, identifying and clearing hurdles to growth, collaborating with other product sales teams and expanding the overall opportunity with their clients.

Ownership of specific agencies for a Holding Company across all verticals and potentially regions. Your primary goal is to drive revenue for Oracle Data Cloud's Audience and Context products. This will include prospecting new business as well as growing existing business. You will also partner internally with other teams to tell the right story and deliver the right solution to help the client. You will also create and sustain relationships that deepen our engagement with our Agencies and Clients, facilitating product adoption via a consultative, client-success driven approach.
As our Holding Company Agency lead, you will be working with some of the largest clients as well as the high growth and long tail clients that fall within that agency. Your ability to focus, prioritize and reapply success within an agency will be essential.
In partnership with our Account Management team, Global Agency team and other Product teams, you will craft an approach to deepening relationships, engagement and adoption that helps brands drive successful digital marketing outcomes – and thereby helps ODC to become “core infrastructure” – that is, turn ODC into an integral partner in their success.
Skills and Key Qualifications
Sales experience calling on client, agency, ad tech or media partners driving revenue growth and successful outcomes for their marketing programs.
Specific experience with digital media and leveraging 3p and contextual/brand safety data is strongly preferred.
Ability to prioritize is key – focusing on products, relationships and work that most directly fosters growth, while deprioritizing less urgent or relevant opportunities
Must be a self starter, outgoing and persistent – with the drive, research skills and influencer identification abilities to establish new client/agency relationships and figure out how to navigate complex teams and agency structures.
Ideal candidate will thrive on both a “hunting” and "gathering" mindsets as there will be accounts at various stages with how they tap into Oracle Data Cloud's Audience and Context products. You must be motivated by creating breakthroughs with the key agency teams and being considered a key strategic partner to agencies.
Must be proactive, analytical, relationship oriented coupled with the ability to embrace a data-driven approach to succeed.
Strong interpersonal skills, positivity and the ability to embrace change effectively are critical. This includes ability to effectively collaborate with other teams to create joint wins, and to empower your Account Management team to own the day-to-day relationship.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a seasoned Account Manager, identify focus areas for each of you to grow the business is highly important to success. Building a trusted partnership between sales (to build and deepen the relationship set) and Account Management (to develop and execute the strategy to delight key stakeholders, increase product adoption and revenue growth).
