The Channels Development Specialist (CDS) is a key member of the Granite Channels team, reporting to the Director. The CDS will develop existing Channel relationships to ensure solutions engagements are managed through to the completed sale of Granite services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing Channel Partners to develop Partners’ book of business Engage Channel Partners and Granite Channel Managers to determine potential client service needs and pricing requirement.

  • Help maintain clients once they are activated as true accounts.

  • Determine potential targets within geographic area of assigned Channel Partners.

  • Must be able to convey Granite's value proposition.

  • Must be able to deliver timely quotes and pricing solutions for the clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in an account management role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group.

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Exposure to Telecommunications industry preferred.
