Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Inspect surfaces work area, renail loose wood, and replace rotten surface

• Caulk and seal around all windows and doors with OSI quad max sealant

• Prepare walls with James Hardie system including tape flashings.

• Cleanup and removal of all job related debris.

• Each job is over-shipped to avoid delays.

• Remove excess materials and re-stock Flash, all horizontal surfaces with high back z metal flashing Caulking at HardiePlank lap siding butt joints

• Install 5/4 trim boards around windows

• Must be able to set up/tear down pump jack systems

Qualifications:

• One year of residential or commercial carpentry experience preferred

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• OSHA 10 certification required (ask your local branch about training)

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and carry tools and materials on-site

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn and improve
