The company seeks an experienced Sales Operations leader ready to transition into a VP role. This position focuses on optimizing processes, systems, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence, increase business insights, and improve sales productivity. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, including forecasting, revenue targets, and new opportunities. Collaborate with C-level executives on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives. Enhance sales performance by implementing methodologies, playbooks, tools, and training programs. Manage and report performance metrics (e.g., bookings, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy). Update sales forecasts, pipeline reports, Salesforce dashboards, and onboarding timelines. Oversee sales territory structuring, commission reporting, and pricing strategies. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Ensure compliance with sales processes, booking deals, and contract generation in Intacct. Standardize reporting for sales management, executive teams, and the Board. Design and manage sales compensation in collaboration with finance. Competencies & Qualifications: Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM; experience with ERPs like Intacct. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in technology companies preferred; data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights. Work Environment: Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to business evolution. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to handle high workloads during critical periods. Travel: Some travel required. Education & Experience: BA/BS in business, finance, or related field. 8+ years of experience, including 3-5 years in Sales Operations. Salesforce certifications and 3+ years of Salesforce sales experience.
