We’re seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Norwood, MA.
As part of Cramer Health’s Content Team, you’ll research, develop, and refine content into campaigns for patients, as well as pharmaceutical and healthcare professionals. First and foremost you’re a great writer. You can turn an elegant phrase or craft an efficient paragraph—and you instinctually know when a project calls for one or the other. You have a keen editorial eye, hate typos with a burning passion, and have proven success writing for regulatory boards. You’re a student of human behavior— interested in its motivators and biases—because that’s your secret for creating impactful communications across a wide variety of health topics.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes and creates supportable copy. Revising, rewriting, and reorganizing for clarity, comprehension, logic, structure, flow, and appropriateness for audience and project type
You’ll learn, understand, and write within regulatory guidelines
Partner with design and strategy to develop multi-channel campaigns
Adapt content to a range of media including video, animation, social, print, and digital
Understand client brand strategies and marketing goals
Prepare annotations and references for medical/legal/regulatory submissions as needed
Research and synthesize general documents relating to the healthcare industry including medical education, periodicals, clinical trial data, package inserts, medical procedures, and industry regulations
Simplify research to convey educational messages while being approachable, original, and engaging
Present your work (or work of the team) in client meetings
Assist in reviewing, testing, and editing content prospectively and retrospectively
Use client brand guidelines to ensure our content is on-brand, on-message, and punctuation-perfect
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience as a professional writer in the medical and/or pharmaceutical space
Experience representing content in client MLR is big plus
Industry knowledge and experience in healthcare, public health, and/ or health tech
Flexible self-starter who is willing to learn, adjust and adapt
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; open to feedback and guidance and able to give it other team members
Ability to produce high-quality, high-volume content with minimal oversight
Meticulous and logical attention to detail, and able to manage deliverable timelines in accordance with project delivery process
