Job accountability

  • Every Franchise needs tohave a vision and a strategy to tap into existing and newly created profitpools

  • Accountable for ensuringthe competitiveness of each Franchise’s portfolio

  • Owner of the franchisestructure, architecting change as portfolio and markets evolve

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the business owners (Franchise Leads) and enablethem to run their respective P&L

  • Lead POC portfolio vision and strategy for SiemensDiagnostics POC business

  • Closely work with function heads inside and beyond POCto enable execution of the Franchise strategy (leverage shared serviceseg. sales, communication etc.)

  • Drive all crossFranchises decisions (eg. with R&D and Supply Chain) to enable marketshare gain and profit expansion

  • Monitor and report POCglobal market trends, provide quantitative market assessment, competitiveanalysis

  • Drive market creationand product roadmap activities, and installed base growth

  • Nurture KOLrelationships and drive clinical education

  • Institutionalize aculture of pricing excellence to reduce price erosion

  • Design and deliverexcellent marketing communications with maximum cost efficiency

  • Own the globalGo-to-market processes including knowledge and best-practice sharingamongst regions and zones

  • Provide marketing &sales support to the zones/countries, i.e. COF2value framework, training,benchmarking, and tools

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of productexperience with demonstrated experience scaling a high growth business

  • 5+ years of running ownP&L

  • Successful track recordas a Product/Portfolio Leader in healthcare diagnostics

  • Successful track recordleading and coaching managers and teams to reach peak performance andextraordinary results

  • Strong analytical skillsworking with data to make product decisions

  • Strong technicalbackground and able to effectively negotiate with engineering teams

  • MBA required

  • Bachelors degree inrelated field (Engineering, Biomedical or Business)
