This is an opportunity to a play a lead marketing role in one of the fastest growing markets in the healthcare diagnostics industry. As a Commercial Product Manager, POC Informatics you will be responsible for meeting the business objectives for the assigned portfolio elements. This individual represents the market, customer and business needs in order to ensure successful commercialization in line with the defined business plan. The Product Manager, Informatics works directly with the Country Marketing Leads and Lead Product Managers across the POC Portfolio and will manage all strategic and commercial marketing activities for the Informatics portfolio globally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supportthe Lead Product Manager on a wide range of business developmentactivities including but not limited to strategy formulation, new productrequirements and new business opportunities

  • Bringnew and existing products to market by developing global marketingcampaigns and go-to-market activities such as launch plans, marketstrategy, sales and service training, collateral development, and pricingfor existing products and new product introductions within Informatics portfolio

  • Implementingthe global marketing strategy and commercialization plans

  • Aligningand communicating portfolio product and commercial objectives with regionsand countries, and interacting with all members of the BA functions, Marketing/Sales/CustomerServices

  • Meetingor exceeding the business plan for the assigned portfolio in line with thedefined business by unlocking new revenue streams with internal andexternal stakeholders and defining achievement KPIs.

  • Understandingthe competitive environment, anticipating market trends and demands, anddeveloping and presenting business proposals for product/portfoliostrategic initiatives

  • Workingclosely with the customer advisory panel, key opinion leaders, andend-users to understand future product requirements

  • Relationshipdevelopment with customers and country sales and marketing organizationsis required to clearly understand customer needs and translate those needsinto actionable requirements

  • Activeengagement, support of, and strategizing with country marketing,worldwide, is critical to the success of this role.

Experience and requirements for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’sDegree in Business, Health Sciences, or related discipline required; MBApreferred

  • 5-8years of successful experience in product management/development, IT andClinical Healthcare background (at least one required, both preferred).

  • Demonstratedcommercial marketing and product launch experience in healthcarediagnostics preferred.

  • Demonstratedexperience in scaling businesses and product management.

  • Exceptionalpresentation and communication skills

  • Skilledat aligning business leaders and managing shifting priorities
