Cramer A/V Technician/Shop Assistant in Norwood, Massachusetts

This position works closely with the Operations team and other Cramer departments to ensure that all deadlines and goals are met in a timely manner. Some weekend and evening work required with occasional travel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Scan in and out equipment for shows using Flex Inventory Software

  • QC/Prep equipment for shows using implemented guidlines

  • Assist in managing Audio/Video/Lighting/Scenic inventories

  • Organize and maintain events shop/studios

  • Load and unload vans and trucks

  • Able to drive a fork lift and scissor lift (Experience is a plus)

  • Able to drive a 24’ truck (non- CDL Vehicle)

  • Primary driving responsibility is safely delivering & picking up of equipment from local and out of state venues. Must possess a valid Driver’s License; have and continue to maintain a safe driving record.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or other applicable setting. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

  • Ethics, accountability, and integrity must be of the highest caliber

  • Associate degree or higher required
