RANDSTAD - Account Manager, MSP - Norwood, MA

Randstad, the global leader in HR solutions, is hiring an Account Manager to join our MSP program with a prestigious biotechnology company in Norwood, MA.

In this full-time permanent role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager and main point-of-contact for our biotech client. The role focuses on client relationship management and coordinating the placement of Life Science Manufacturing candidates within our client's organization. This role will interact with all levels of client stakeholders and sponsors to maintain our strategic partnership and promote program growth.

• Candidates must reside in the greater Boston or RI area and local to Norwood, MA

Requirements:

• 3+ years of staffing industry, HR, or MSP experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers and candidates

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong work ethic and motivation for personal success

• Bachelors degree preferred
