Cramer Account Director, Cramer Health in Norwood, Massachusetts

Cramer is a brand experience agency serving B2B Fortune 1000 companies through strategy, creative, design and execution. Cramer Health is a specialty team within the agency that supports clients in this category.

We are seeking an experienced agency Account Director, to build undeniable relationships with our Cramer Health clients. Our Account Directors know our client’s business, category and competition intimately. They have an invaluable perspective that ensures account retention, loyalty and growth. They connect the dots at both the macro and micro levels to effectively deliver quantitative and qualitative relationship goals.

The Account Director will work together with our project management lead and the Partner of Cramer Health to drive this growing area of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1 retained account inclusive of 3 different brands and potentially 1 – 2 additional relationships as Cramer Health continues to grow

  • Form strong relationships with senior-level clients to increase loyalty, proactively service the relationship and find organic opportunities for growth

  • Partner collaboratively with a fierce team of women who pitched, won and will continue to drive the day-to-day of this business

  • Ability to prioritize client and agency needs for the team and lead them through changes

  • Strategic advisor and trusted partner to agency leaders

  • Consistent leadership on all account activities, such as annual planning, QBRs, inception to selling of new ideas aligned with the clients' interests and business needs, or early engagement conversations

  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills, finding the most cost-effective outcome for our clients and profitability for Cramer -- you can see the big and small picture simultaneously.

  • Owns account operations including account reviews, forecasting, contracts, budgets, change orders, invoices and communication of revenue expectations to internal teams

  • Understands the client’s business and provides a POV to project team members and executive leadership, when applicable

  • Role model and resource to junior staff (potential for direct reports)


  • Must have AGENCY experience supporting healthcare clients, pharma is a plus!

  • Strong leader who has experience managing and growing complex accounts and senior level client relationships

  • Inspires a diverse team

  • Confident decision-maker who has a POV but knows the time/place to share it

  • High degree of integrity and work ethic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.

  • This role requires 4 days per week in-office. We are located in Norwood, MA.
