Clean Harbors Product Lifecycle Manager in Norwell, Massachusetts

Clean Harbors is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our product portfolio. This role involves serving as the Project Manager for new product requests and ensuring seamless execution of product lifecycle initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage master data, and ensure alignment with our strategic supply chain workflows and stage-gate processes.

  • Oversee the Stage-Gate Process, including leading weekly reviews of opportunities, managing product timelines, and coordinating raw material setups to align with demand planning.

  • Establish and manage Item Identification Numbers (SKUs), Label IDs, and Raw Material IDs to maintain master data accuracy.

  • Facilitate and manage Sales Part Number Requests to ensure alignment with product priorities.

  • Administer the Label Management System, including creating, editing, and proofing product labels for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support production processes.

  • Participate in product line reviews, leveraging data analytics to identify slow-moving SKUs and make recommendations for portfolio optimization.

  • Collaborate with Package Engineering and Marketing to ensure accurate transitions of packaging specifications.

  • Support Marketing in developing innovative packaging solutions, including carton and drum artwork.

  • Actively engage in cross-functional committees, such as the SK Oil Product Committee, to drive product innovation and alignment

  • Other assigned duties

  • Bachelor's Degree Required in Supply Chain/Product Management/Related

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience

  • Strong PC skills, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong knowledge of the lubricant and/or oil refining industry

  • Ability to bridge cross functional boundaries within an organization

  • Ability to make decisions in adverse situations and conflict resolution

  • Strong problem solving skills
