Description:

• Experience with lab or hospital projects is a plus

• Experience producing construction documents

• Must be proficient with Revit

• 3-5+ years of experience in an Architecture firm

• Bachelor's Degree

• Pursuing Architectural License is a plus

Skills:

Design, revit, construction documents, autocad, construction administration, architecture, renderings, Architectural design, Sketchup

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable working on projects through all phases of design, from concept through completion

• Strong design and graphic presentation skills; ability to present to and interface with clients and consultants

• Proficient in architectural design, material & systems detailing and envelope systems design

• Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes

• Experience with lab planning and equipment surveying (biology lab, chemistry lab, tissue culture, cleanroom and vivarium) is strongly preferred

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (also Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred

• Able to self-direct and work well under deadlines, while managing multiple projects and project teams
