What you DO matters......
Essence of the Role:
You are responsible for the development and realisation of new business ideas in your market and region (i.e. Global Nuclear, Science & Research market.). This includes/covers the identification of potential new applications and customers, analysis of strategies & portfolios, supporting the sales team (and occasional direct sales), as well as the profitability, feasibility and risk analysis of new projects.
You will internally interact with Sales, Business Development team, Application Engineering and R&D. Be very customer oriented with focus on the market needs and trends as well as being the central point for new business ideas and it´s feasibility in the Nuclear market. P articipate in the strategy-build / start-up of the New Cluster and to bring it to a global scale, growing the business in Nuclear, Science & Research, connecting market development that is done globally and in other regions to the market development in your own region.
B uild relationships with key market players and stakeholders, create a selling story for the identified application/ market, c oordinate market development activities and d efine clear goals & activities for new business ideas. S upport the acquisition of business deals by contacting potential partners, and c ontributing to long term planning with market managers, sales managers and business manager.

Strong project management and analytical skills
Ability to travel 25-50%.
