Responsibilities of the Dining Coordinator: Oversee daily dining hall operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality food service. Coordinate with kitchen staff and student workers to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area. Dining coordinator must monitor food safety and sanitation practices. Train and supervise dining staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements of the Dining Coordinator: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. TIPs certification required, with knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices. ServSafe certification (preferred).
