Opportunity Overview

As the Inbound Marketing Product Manager with Teradyne’s Storage Test team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to partner with the Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams to define product positioning and product roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing the competitive landscape, performing market assessments, defining new product requirements, and modelling and managing various metrics to meet the financial and market goals of our System Level Test business.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test systems, instrumentation, or complex systems integration.

• Demonstrated success in developing cross-functional partnerships to define and commercialize solutions that integrate automation, hardware, and software, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

• Strong interpersonal communications and ability to develop professional relationships with diverse internal and customer teams.

• Strong business analytics skills, including the ability to generate accurate models of complex business opportunities.

• Experience in customer-facing roles across multiple geographies

• A driven problem solver with a positive attitude.

• This is a global function that will require 25% US & global travel for successful execution.

• Must reside in/around the Greater Boston Area or be willing to relocate. Hybrid work schedule is available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive the market analysis, competitive landscape analysis, and product positioning activities for our System Level Test business.

• Define the product roadmap for our core System Level Test products, including test platforms and software products

• Identify opportunities for product line growth. Develop initiatives to capitalize on them.

• Define new products and features, including development of marketing collateral and market positioning.

• Prepare materials for quarterly and annual executive reviews.

• Along with Sales, own select customer engagements, from pre-sales through PO to execution and support activities.

A Successful Candidate Will:

• Build strong relationships with customers, marketing & sales teams, and the internal engineering teams.

• Develop an understanding of the System Level test market, customer cares and pains, operational requirements, and customer profiles and buyer personas.

• Learn about our existing Test Products and the different markets they serve.

• Understand the business and competitive environment to enable effective decision making.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business discipline, MBA preferred.
