Seeking a Sales Manager for our Production Board Test Business Unit

Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for North & South America sales/service/apps which includes both direct reports and extended sales agencies

Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application, and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, drive major strategic design-ins, increase our market share and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the team

Develop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team

Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.

Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.

Provide guidance on global account negotiations where HQs are based in your region

Willing to travel over 50% within US and Puerto Rico, International travel including Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Costa Rica

Help collect competitive data

Qualifications, skills and experience:

10+ years of experience selling to the In-Circuit Market or related industry(s) or SMT capital equipment

Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.

Proven track record of building and managing major sales accounts, preferably for In-Circuit Test or SMT capital equipment

Significant experience in creating and leading a team to proactively manage customer relationships.

Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.

Experience managing both internal (direct) and external (indirect) selling channels

Working knowledge of Sales Force quoting and configuration tools is desirable

Education:

Bachelors degree required. Field of study in engineering desired. MBA a plus.
