Position Title: Principal Product Management

Location: North Reading, Massachusetts

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Build the product vision, strategy and roadmap for multiple initiatives involving several disciplines using business, engineering and science. 2. Manage a significantly complex large program. Own efforts and decisions to resolve critical problems. Manage escalations, mitigate risks and make trade-offs decisions. 3. Responsible for setting organization strategy and goals, and aligning teams to deliver for customers. 4. Communicate and drive strategic initiatives. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities. 5. Use significant expertise and high judgment to design team structure and create scalable, long-term mechanisms to meet long-term business goals. 6. Actively work to remove bottlenecks and create best practices. 7. Work closely with software engineering, design, science, and business stakeholders to deliver features 8. Present Strategic vision, three-year roadmaps, operational plans, Monthly Business Review and other documents to executive leadership.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $161,900/year to $219,000/year

Basic Qualifications

  • A master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline, and 2 years of experience in program, project or process management. Alternatively, employer will accept a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in program, project or process management. Must have experience with the following: 1. Two years of experience with global product development 2. Two years of experience leading or consulting for strategic initiatives 3. Two years of experience utilizing best practices to improve operational efficiency by driving technology driven product development. 4. Two years of experience in process improvement initiatives across business operations, including conducting business analysis, and driving/implementing change to ensure operational excellence. #0000
