Verisk Assistant Director in North Reading, Massachusetts

We are seeking an Assistant Director for our Gallagher Basset Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all functions and personnel within the Allocation Services Team of the GB Services Department. This role focuses exclusively on a single large client with multiple product offerings. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role - Direct management and supervision of our GB Services Department allocation services team. This includes, but is not limited to, daily queue management, ensuring all internal and external TAT’s are adhered to, ensuring team production goals are met, participating in the performance management process, identifying and implementing process improvements. - Work in close collaboration with company, department and team management to ensure production goals and client service needs are being met. - Prepare MSP related products for Gallagher Bassett. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ISO CP business and all ISO CP product offerings - Consult with management, adjusters, defense attorneys, claimant attorneys, vendors and Medicare on all Medicare issues relative to workers’ compensation and liability cases. - Educate clients and third parties on Medicare Compliance issues through conference calls, client visits and presentations as needed. - Provide timely and efficient responses to all company, department and client needs, including, but not limited to general subject matter questions, case status requests, and case specific questions. - Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for peers, team and department - Train new employees/current staff as needed · Subject matter expert in MSP Compliance, advanced customer service skills, quality-focused · Proven ability to see the big picture and communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbal and written · Proven track record of good decision making and significant leadership experience in a metric-driven position · Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated · Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment · Flexible, adaptable and results-driven · 3-5 years’ subject matter experience · 2-3 years’ management experience preferred · BS/BA required · JD preferred · Willing to travel as needed #LI-AO1 Verisk Analytics is an equal opportunity employer.
