Watts Water Technologies, AERCO Brand Digital Communications Specialist in North Andover, Massachusetts
As part of the Corporate Communications team, the Digital Communications Specialist will use digital tools to engage, entertain, educate and support Watts’ global workforce. Under the guidance of the Corporate Communications Manager, the Specialist will act as a primary liaison to select internal departments or initiatives, providing communications planning and production support. This individual will be based on site at the company’s corporate headquarters in North Andover, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Content Development. Create, edit, update and post strong, on-brand digital content to publish across multiple channels, including website (Intranet) copy, social media, email and other appropriate content.
Multimedia design. Conceptualizes and creates a range of visual content (infographics, web banners, logos / branded templates, illustrations, iconography) to support day-to-day design needs across Corporate Communications channels, including the company’s intranet and weekly news emails.
Photography. Captures and edits photos to support internal and external efforts to unify, promote and strengthen the company’s diverse culture and employer brand – locally and globally.
Video production. Storyboards, shoots, edits and produces videos, including executive and employee interviews, and other video messages. Co-produces live webcasts of quarterly Town Hall meetings.
Digital Asset Management. Creates and maintains libraries using the company’s content management system (CMS) to manage digital / visual brand assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or journalism.
- No direct reports.
2-5 years’ experience in a professional communications environment (in-house or agency)

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Familiar with social media management platforms, specifically HootSuite
Manages time effectively to multi-task and meet deadlines
Content Management Experience
Video editing software (Premier Pro, After Effects, iMovie)
Email marketing programs
Animation / GIF design / creation
Familiar with IoT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
