Infinite Electronics International, Inc Brand Director in No Andover, Massachusetts

The Brand Director is a cross-functional leader who owns brand health, performance, and Integrated marketing strategy. Through detailed analysis of business trends (BI, CI, MI) and cross-functional communication, the BMS has a robust understanding of brand performance and the drivers behind business trends. By partnering with other parts of the organization, the Brand VP/ Director develops and executes strategic plans which grow revenue and profitability. Working closely with the Product and Sales teams, this role will develop unified short and long-term plans and initiatives that align with the brand’s position in the marketplace and strategic corporate plans. The Brand VP/ Director is accountable for all marketing activities within the brand. By working closely with Marketing Services, Digital Marketing, and Brand Execution teams, the Brand VP/ Director develops full funnel campaigns and marketing programs that grow revenue, brand equity, and market share.

  • Brand Analysis (BI, CI, MI) Understand the current and historical state of the brand, including and not limited to online and offline marketing trends, customer sentiment, sales and service performance, product launch, product availability, and operational execution to have a comprehensive understanding of brand performance. Present brand performance, insights and action plans during monthly and quarterly brand reviews.

  • Strategic Planning Partner with key functional teams and leadership to create and execute brand plans aligned with corporate strategic direction, growth projections, and initiatives in response to internal or external challenges or opportunities to ensure growth and profitability of each brand.

  • Product Launch Develop an integrated marketing strategy the incorporates key product launches for targeted high-growth markets. Oversee the execution of non-critical launches that receive baseline promotion.

  • Oversee Marketing Work with marketing services, digital marketing, and brand execution team to manage the comprehensive online and offline marketing, including communications, advertising, social media, public relations, marketing collateral, brand voice and differentiation, product launch sequence, tradeshows, and events.

    Qualifications

  • Seven to ten years B2B marketing experience, preferably with industrial technology-based products

  • Proven leader with general business acumen along with broad marketing experience

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the development and execution of business strategy

  • Experience in data analysis, including enterprise visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Expertise at exerting influence to reach the desired outcome

  • A data-driven decision-maker who can identify and socialize to key stakeholders actionable data

  • An inclusive leader that excels at working collaboratively across the organization especially with Product Management and Sales teams

  • Presentation skills including executive communications

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    Education/Training: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is required

    Experience: 7 or more years’ experience in marketing

    Supervises: Brand Execution Manager

    Travel Requirements: Periodic travel as required

    Work environment is typically considered in an office environment located on-site, within an Infinite Electronics location during normal or extended business hours. Work environment may also include employee’s residence, customer site & meeting venues, extensive time off-site while traveling or to other location as required.
