Bright Horizons Senior Marketing Specialist in Newton, Massachusetts

Oversee marketing programs targeting the employees of Bright Horizons clients. This individual will focus on the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategy to promote Bright Horizons’ family of solutions.

  • Oversee marketing journey mapping and buildout, working closely with marketing automation team

  • Lead execution of client and employee email campaigns through the use of Marketing Cloud

  • Manage creation of collateral templates and implement automation process for dynamically producing client materials to promote Bright Horizons services to client employees

  • Oversee creation of new digital and content assets including client launch webinars, videos, intranet copy, and other needs as necessary

  • Gather data and analyze marketing performance for email campaigns, launch webinars, content platforms, digital assets, mobile app, operational websites

  • Through above activities, drive awareness and utilization of broader Bright Horizons solutions and support client retention and revenue growth

  • Develop positive ongoing relationships with Client Relations teams

  • Work closely with Creative Services and Growth Operations teams to service our clients

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field preferred.

Required 2 years professional experience

  • Qualities include strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated.

  • Ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable setting aggressive goals and exceeding them.

  • Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting.

  • The individual should function effectively under pressure and maintains a sense of humor; be willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a constantly changing and growing organization

  • Be able to adjust quickly to changing priority of tasks.

  • Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

  • Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction preferred.
