Bright Horizons Senior Manager, Digital Marketing - Hybrid in Newton, Massachusetts

The Senior Manager Digital Marketing will extend the B2B marketing strategy to digital channels to increase awareness, demand, and revenue growth from Bright Horizons’ employer services. This role will approach website and social platform enhancements through a client-centric lens, identify areas of opportunity, and work cross-functionally to implement strategies that generate measurable impact. The position will identify the search terms and paths that prospective buyers use to find education and care solutions, the information they are looking for at specific phases of research and evaluation, and the design enhancements needed on Bright Horizons sites to deliver on those buyer needs. This role will also enhance the performance of integrated marketing programs by providing analytics on visitor behavior and insights into buyer needs. This position will play an important role growing demand for Bright Horizons employer services through delivering a best-in-class digital experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Create a quarterly B2B digital strategy that aligns to the quarterly growth team strategy and contributes measurable results to the organization’s growth targets

  • Increase high-quality web traffic to Bright Horizons’ B2B web properties through SEO analysis, strategy development, and execution, working in concert with content, solutions, and revenue marketing teams

  • Represent the Growth Team in cross-functional digital initiatives, working collaboratively with marketing, IT, and project management functions to ensure that B2B audiences are represented and B2B objectives are met

  • Advise on web page design, content and calls-to-action to measurably improve visibility, quality traffic, and conversions from B2B audiences

  • Create and maintain digital marketing analytics for the B2B team, and share learnings with colleagues to improve campaign, social, and website performance

  • Administer digital marketing applications and services for the B2B marketing team, including Google Analytics (GA4)

What we hope you will bring to this role:

Education

Bachelor's Degree is required in Digital strategy, marketing, business or related field. Quantitative disciplines such as finance, economics, mathematics, statistics and engineering are valued.

Master's Degree. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience

4 to 7 years is preferred of digital marketing experience, preferably in a b2b and/or services organization.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Working understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research methods and tactics to understand customer needs/wants, behavior and journeys

  • Independent decision making in digital channel, search marketing optimizations, A/B test strategies and tactics, and media implementation approaches

  • Acts with agility and discernment to address internal and external customer needs; resolves issues in a timely manner

  • Strong ability to partner/collaborate with and influence many stakeholders in a matrixed environment

  • Strong results orientation and familiarity with lead acquisition and pipeline generation KPIs

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities alongside multiple stakeholder groups

  • Experience with Sitecore Experience Manager CMS, WordPress and other publishing platforms

  • Familiar with conversion rate optimization and landing page design best practices

  • Adept at working cross-functionally to improve campaign performance for integrated programs

  • Proactively identifies and implement performance improvements using a data-driven approach

  • Experience tracking campaign effectiveness through CRM and marketing automation systems

  • Effective communicator who has successfully worked alongside creative and campaign teams to generate high-performing ads and website conversion strategies

  • Active learner who remains current on changes in consumer behavior, analytics technologies, and digital marketing performance benchmarks

  • Experience working in an agency or managing an agency relationship preferred
