Bright Horizons Marketing Manager-Remote in Newton, Massachusetts

This role is remote eligible or can be located in Newton, MA.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of integrated marketing programs that support branding, lead generation, conversion, and retention efforts for Bright Horizons early education & preschool centers.

What you will do:

  • Drive strategy and execution of programs targeting Bright Horizons customers to drive enrollment and retention; examples may include onboarding acquisition centers, asset creation, overseeing the family referral program, etc.

  • Manage creation of marketing collateral and communication templates for promoting Bright Horizons programs and services

  • Work closely with marketing partners (creative, content, email, digital, social) and develop positive ongoing relationships

  • Recommend and implement proactive changes to marketing tools and processes

  • Ensure appropriate use of company brand materials and copy across parent-facing marketing collateral

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborations with key stakeholders across the organization and provide a high-level of customer service

  • Support other miscellaneous campaigns/projects as needed based on department goals

What you bring to the role:

Ability to act quickly with independent thinking and sound judgment. Work under minimal supervision. Ability to make informed decisions and escalate complex issues as needed. Exercises good judgment when working with others and partners with colleagues as needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively & cross-functionally to accomplish objectives.

  • Experience with marketing copywriting and editing.

  • Demonstrated skill with technologies related to marketing (CRM, reporting tools, analytics, websites, social media).

  • Ability to synthesize data and reports, effectively analyze information, and make recommendations accordingly.

  • Able to work independently, with multiple priorities, on deadline and on budget.

  • Problem solving, diplomacy and good judgment in considering the impact of decisions is essential.

Compensation Range: $75,000 annually
