Bright Horizons EdAssist Product Manager (Remote Opportunity) in Newton, Massachusetts

At EdAssist Solutions, we’re looking for a dynamic, high-energy Product Manager with a sound business acumen and passion for building great software. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of being able to uncover product opportunities, propose solutions, plan and deliver strong results. This role interacts regularly with cross-functional teams and requires the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively.

What yo u’ll do :

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements in support of product roadmap.

  • Translate market requirements into user stories, and usher the work through development.

  • Partner closely with engineering to drive the product vision, and further refine requirements and product backlog.

  • Manage lifecycle of the product from ideation to product release, support implementation and early adoption, and ongoing feature iteration.

  • Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, implementation teams, as well as leadership to ensure business and customer goals are met.

  • Utilize data and feedback to empathize with customer needs and behaviors.

  • Work with the design team on creating and validating prototypes with usability testing.

  • Partner with clients and vendors to build strong relationships that enable evolving product enhancements

What we need from you:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience

  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and an understanding of how to develop functional requirements

  • Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Comfortable leading presentations with senior management and top tier clients

  • History of proven results delivering high quality, customer-driven products on time

  • Goal-oriented, must be able to demonstrate success meeting and exceeding business objectives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to use data to spot and address risks and opportunities

  • Self-starter with ability to drive decisions and lead projects from start to finish

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships across all organizational levels, i.e. peers, vendors, clients

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

  • Experience with software project management tools, preferably JIRA

  • Experience with B2B or B2C, SaaS-based solutions preferred

  • Experience in the higher education or student loan industry a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

The compensation range for this role starts at $85,000 with flexibility based on experience.
