The Cigna Group Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative - Concierge Service Team - Freedom Fertility in Newburyport, Massachusetts

As a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative you would be working with the Concierge Service Team to fulfill urgent medication needs for our patients, as well as providing white glove customer service. In this crucial role, you are assisting patients, responding to urgent requests and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy. You’ll make a difference in our patients’ lives by assisting them in their dreams to start a family.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Assist patients by phone; accurately providing same day options, which includes: local options, pricing, courier services and additional shipping information.

  • Assist patients by providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.

  • Assisting with processing

  • Researching same day requests by reviewing calls

  • Independently managing requests while working with team members to complete the daily volume.

What you need:

  • High School Diploma / GED required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Valid MA Pharmacy Technician License

  • Experience with reading prescriptions and scheduling patient deliveries.

  • Basic knowledge of benefits/insurance plans preferred.

  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Work Schedule:

Rotating nights and weekends.

This role is located at 374 Merrimack St. Newburyport, MA with the possibility of working remote.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
