Ahead, INC. Digital Marketing Coordinator in New Bedford, Massachusetts
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute internal and external B2B and DTC activities for AHEAD with a focus on digital outreach. These activities include but are not limited to digital marketing, email and communication campaigns, promotions, and social media. This position will support the sales efforts of multiple divisions within AHEAD to help drive revenue growth. This position will work closely with the CEO and sales management to develop digital strategies to drive revenue growth. Essential Functions: Manage the entire project lifecycle from defining business objectives and project plan tasks to managing successful execution and deployment. Work alongside key business leaders to develop digital strategies in order to drive revenue growth. Serve as business partner and point of contact between multiple internal and external teams. Facilitate meetings, workshops and collaboration sessions and push execution and alignment on organizational initiatives. Develop and maintain a master digital marketing calendar to include efforts in all divisions. Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing email campaigns by working with sales to provide content messaging, coordinating closely with team members in IT & creative to execute, managing department deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders. Oversee social media strategy and help coordinate and drive necessary content. Direct responsibility for maximizing Corporate partner and digital initiatives (SAGE, Zoom catalog, etc.) Duties include recommendations on product descriptions, developing a recommendation outreach plan to drive ratings, and ensuring key deadlines are met. Review and analyze results of initiatives to determine recommendations for future enhancements. Interface with key customer partner groups to determine a digital outreach strategy. Work with outside ecommerce partner on AHEADUSASHOP site. Monitor inventory and sales and manage product assortments. Act as the main liaison between AHEAD and Maingate Inc. Ensure deadlines for deliverables are met and communicate any project risks. Maintain an involvement in and awareness of all aspects of the organization in order to inform digital marketing initiatives. Oversee internal image library and facilitate internal and external requests for images. Education and Experience: ? Bachelor?s degree. ? Minimum 5 years? experience in digital marketing. Skills/Qualifications: Experience maintaining work levels in a fast-paced work environment. An understanding of and exposure to SEM and SEO and digital marketing strategy. Strong project management skills with background in eCommerce process, technical or business acumen. Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in sales organizations with reputations for demanding high level results. Ability to thrive in a challenging, results-oriented, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. Superior interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills in order to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships to support business success. Experience with backend integration and end to end eCommerce business processes Strong experience in scoping and writing statements of work, producing project estimates, developing timelines and project plans, drafting functional specifications, and financial tracking of results. Ability to deliver results under pressure, as well as the willingness to address and shift priorities in rapidly changing markets. Ability to demand of himself/herself and others the highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics. Photoshop, Illustrator experience a plus. Impeccable organizational and efficiency skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in business communications.
