International Data Group Product Manager in Needham, Massachusetts
IDC is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager who will partner with all aspects of the business including fellow product managers, research, custom solutions, sales, marketing, publishing and senior management. This role is focused on ensuring IDC brings impactful new product offerings to the market that exceed the needs and expectations of our customers. This collaborative product management position, which also requires strong process and project management, will help bridge product expectations to successful business outcomes for IDC.

Focus on new product development, including market viability assessments to ensure customer focused offerings
Develop product roadmaps to outline the direction of new product offerings over time as well as the “what and why” of developing a new product
Create product portfolio positioning to accelerate business development and maximize GTM with both new and existing offerings
Establish governance and process to enable global execution of new and existing product portfolio
Analyze performance metrics to drive a data driven approach to product portfolio management
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; MBA a plus
5+ years experience in product management or product marketing
Curiosity about uncovering client needs as well as learning about new and evolving technology areas
Experience with evaluating the viability for new product offerings
Experience with building digital products
Superior communication and problem-solving skills are required
Exceptional program, process, and project management skills
Proven abilities in teamwork, relationship building, collaboration, and cross functional leadership
Up to 5% travel
