ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers Marketing Manager in Natick, Massachusetts

ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take our Marketing and PR to the next level. A 55 year old family business, we're looking for an experienced Marketer to bring new ideas to the table. Your main responsibilities include optimizing our existing marketing funnels, conducting market research, producing promotional materials, and innovating new marketing channels. Our ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial with experience analyzing various customer profiles/purchasing behaviors and creating innovative marketing campaigns to boost market share, brand equity, improve customer acquisition, and increase average revenue per customer. Ultimately, you will ensure our company?s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. This role reports directly to the President - if you want a voice in directing an established brand and market leader, this role is for you! Responsibilities Design and implement successful marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, and TV focused on acquisition of new customers and retention of existing members Establish digital marketing campaigns for new and existing customers, including email marketing automation, landing page creation, digital advertising, and retargeting Build process/methodology to evaluate effectiveness of marketing channels to meet goals Conduct research to analyze customers? behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences) Craft clear product marketing copy, POP signage in-store, and produce promotional materials with design professionals Organize promotional activities for new products/services Monitor reputation management platforms Collaborate with Director of Business Development on cross-promotion opportunities (i.e. partnerships with sports teams, retailers, charities, and high-traffic events) Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Manager, Officer or similar leadership role BS degree in Marketing or relevant field Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and measurement Experience with research methods using data analytics software Expertise driving results with SEO/SEM campaigns Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords, and Adobe Photoshop Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software Excellent communication and presentation skills
