Position Summary:

Account Manager:

Gallagher Affinity is seeking an Account Manager to work with clients and product providers as a key contributor to advancing sales revenues through marketing and client management. This position’s role is to maintain client and partner relationships, create and implement the details of marketing plans, and execute/facilitate marketing campaigns across multiple programs and all channels including direct marketing, digital, and print mediums.

What you can expect:

  • Ours is a collaborativeenvironment where you can expect to communicate via phone and email withclient accounts and internal partners on a regular basis to develop andexecute customized marketing plans .

  • You will oversee developmentof creative across all marketing channels including both online and printmedia, and direct mail marketing.

  • Launch, implement, andmaintain programs with new and existing clients

  • Manage 35-70 accountsindependently and deftly.

  • Craft content for promotionalemails and social media posts.

  • Facilitate all partnermarketing campaigns with contracted clients and help guide the processinternally and externally.

  • Maintain marketing calendarsby account and program across all channels

  • Cross-sell new products andservices to existing clients.

  • Monitor and maintain regularsales metrics for multiple client accounts and programs

  • Work together with MarketingDirector, Graphic and Web Designers, and marketing specialists tocohesively grow sales through marketing and advertising.

  • Nurture tight-knitrelationships built on trust with a variety of constituencies: fromclients, partners, vendors to your internal teams.

  • Expertly network to growbusiness relationships internally and externally and look for newopportunities to expand business relationships.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferablyin Marketing/Business.

  • You possess 1-5 years ofexperience with account/program management, marketing, and/or sales.Emphasis on agency, direct channels, and client management experiences.

  • You are a master atprioritization- you possess a keen attention to detail, and ability tomultitask.

  • You apply a personal touch toall of your client interactions.

  • You maintain excellentwritten, verbal and interpersonal skills and have honed these skills inyour pursuit of client support and delivery excellence throughout yourcareer.

  • During your career you haveacquired an expert level of skill in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint andOutlook.

  • You are able to workefficiently independently and as a member of a team.
