Philips Manager, Regional Sales- AllParts/Dunlee- Central in Nashville, Massachusetts

Your Challenge:

Manage key customer sales and marketing activities, and provide technical expertise in the Central Region. Responsible for monitoring market trends in all business segments; including ISOs, dealers, dealer groups, GPOs, IDNs, etc.

Manage transactional pricing and contract sales in order to maximize product distribution; i.e.; make sure strategic customers control appropriate business segments. Interact and build partnership relationships with PMV, 3rd party service organizations and in house service groups within region. Creatively address critical service and product related issues to remain competitive and provide solutions oriented programs for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed region sales budget

  • Develop, manage and continuously update Region Business Plan in order to maximize competitive advantage. (40-50%)

  • Call on all customer types; including third-party service organizations, GPOs, IDNs, and individual hospitals. (40-50%)

  • Support OEM Director with sales assistance by promoting component sales to customer base.

  • Sell entire line of Dunlee and AllParts products; including rad tubes, CT tubes, IIs, and all other products.

  • Demonstrate and promote Dunlee and AllParts products at regional and national trade shows

  • Assist management with special projects and responsibilities

  • Manage region expense budget.

  • Maintain compliance with TEDS, 5S, and safety requirements Your Team & Organization: This role reports to the National Director of Sales. The X-ray Tube & 3rd Party Business is the center of excellence within Philips Healthcare for X-ray tube technology. The business designs, manufactures, and distributes X-ray, CT, and cardiovascular tubes and related components through two major channels: Philips and Third Party customers. Tubes for Philips initial systems and service replacement requirements are sold under the Philips brand name, while Third Party tubes and components are sold under the Dunlee, Smit-Rontgen, and in some cases Philips brand names. Third Party customers include OEM’s, distributors and hospitals, as well as multi-vendor and independent service organizations around the world.PMS products are typically designed from the ground up to meet specific system requirements, while Third Party replacement products typically involve considerable reverse engineering. In order to expand the company’s product line and Third Party distribution capability, Philips has increased the R & D investment in this business to support the product launch of new tubes for 3rd applications. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in sales of medical device parts/components to OEMS, distributors and hospital systemsAbility to effectively manage accounts using strong skills in customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business planning.Results oriented approach , high energy, balanced with “take charge” attitude with teamwork and collaborationExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills*Ability to travel throughout the region 50-75%- Territory includes TX, TN, AS MS, LA
