State of Massachusetts Program Coordinator II- MassCor - Marketing and Sales Coordinator in Milford, Massachusetts

Duties: * Responsible for all marketing functions including customer communication, campaigns, content, website, social media, trade shows and events. Creates customized marketing materials, flyers, promotions, product literature, catalogs, product spec sheets, and PowerPoint presentations. * Maintain a library of product pictures, price lists, product descriptions, and testimonials. Maintain Customer Service Pricing Tool. Ability to take quality photos of products. * Prepare market reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Develop information regarding competition in MassCor sales regions. Analyze the product characteristics, pricing, market share, methods of marketing, and advertising of MassCor competitors’ offerings. * Make cold calls to generate new leads, sales appointments, develop competitive information, and monitor customer satisfaction. * Develop and manage internal/external communications including blog articles, whitepapers, newsletters, video monitors, customer satisfaction surveys, press releases, etc. * Regularly update content on the MassCor Web Site, MassCor Catalog, and internal video monitors. * Gather information to inform sales team of new potential opportunities. Provide current information through research about government funding, industry news, police / fire departments, etc. * Manage all aspects of trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings including product displays, literature, and equipment needed for a successful event. Follow up on customer requests from trade events. * Create email campaigns to engage former customers and generate new customers. Respond to all customer information requests. * Work with MassCor Management to improve processes through analysis of data from MassCor Total Business Solution database. Microsoft and Adobe Suites applications knowledge required. AutoCAD skills preferred. Prior work experience in a MassCor industry is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Strong judgment, analytic reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance multiple and competing priorities and deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and ability to track multiple projects/programs tasks. Strong communication skillsExperience in report writing, including strong ability to present written and graphic information clearly and effectively. Ability to determine the proper format and procedure for assembling items of information. Should be self-motivated able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely Comments: This is a civil service position. MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least (A) three years of full time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration the major duties of which involved program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below. Substitutions: I. A Bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for a maximum of two years of the-required experience.* II. A Graduate degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for the required experience.* III.
