The role of Senior Marketing Manager - Strategic Partners is core to that work by ensuring our end-users, partners and customers are represented throughout the lifecycle of our next generation of hardware and software supporting analytical science and laboratory operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy & Informatics, the ideal candidate will understand the specific overlapping and complementary interests across Waters' partner network that drive value while effectively navigating the implications of co-opetition, co-branding and co-marketing on the success of our portfolios
Accountable for supporting revenue growth goals as established in annual partner business plans and agreed with key stakeholders
Manage relationships with a portfolio of existing technology partners and develop new relationships.
Help Waters evaluate potential new integration partners in alignment with Waters’ integrations strategy overall.
Support Waters’ Sales and Customer Success teams to help leverage appropriate partners in sales cycles and to meet customer needs.
Collaborate productively across Waters’ product, segment marketing, customer success, and sales teams to drive increased Waters and partner opportunities.
Identify and support marketing opportunities for Waters with partners to increase awareness, distribute our brand and content and generate new business.
Represent Waters in partners’ market-facing events and conferences, to pitch, train, and educate the audience on the Waters platform and the importance of our partner programs.
Maintains senior level interaction with strategic alliances, customers, industry influencers, and key Internal stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate scientific field
5+ years of partnership management and marketing, ideally in Life Sciences and with exposure to SaaS products
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation delivery skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced cross-departmental setting.
Adept at influencing and relationship building with partners
Senior Product Managers will be expected to manage or work as a member of cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization, requiring strong facilitation and leadership capabilities
Strong knowledge of Waters Separations, Mass Spectrometry, Analytical Standards and Reagents and/ or Chemistry product portfolio a plus.
Experience with a structured Product Development
