Waters is seeking a hands-on Product Owner with deep customer journey experience to join our digital center of excellence organization. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a team of diverse product managers and engineers that possess a true passion for User Experience and technology. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of a brand new Waters.com site powered by Adobe Experience suite.
As a lead working in a team environment you will work with solution architects, UX designers, developers and demand generation Marketers to create new customer experiences and value-added features to drive customer satisfaction and revenue for the business. A self-starter attitude, excellent communication, and dedication to innovation are critical to this role.
Manage, execute and communicate the waters.com experience product roadmap, from feature requirements to delivery, growth and optimization for mobile and web customer journeys
Serve as a digital product champion across the organization to ensure leadership and peer visibility to ongoing work
Define stories and prioritize features from the product backlog
Understanding of the current digital landscape, site experience trends and how they intersect with ongoing Waters customer needs
Apply analytics, user feedback, and intuition to provide insight on product focus and optimization efforts
Partner with key vendors and technology partners to solve technical and business challenges
Work with global Marketing and Corporate Communications content teams to design and promote a go to market strategy for new feature sets
Minimum of a BS in Marketing, Engineering, Computer sciences, Information Systems or related field. MBA or MS preferred
3+ years Product Management experience
3+ years experience in agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Previous experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or direct experience with other content management systems a plus
High impact communication skills for multiple audiences across the organization
Experience with voice of the customer and analytics platforms preferred
