Honeywell Senior Software Product Manager -Sparta REMOTE in Massachusetts

THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE
The Sr. Product Manager plays a significant role in helping Sparta Systems achieve our revenue goals and success as a company. As a product manager you will work with customers to understand their needs, analyze industry trends, and recommend a path forward to help existing products grow and suggest where we should expand into adjacent areas. In this role you will have both internal and external responsibilities. You will work with our R&D team to design and build solutions while also serving as a subject matter expert to our sales, marketing and support teams on how to sell, implement, and position our products.
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in Software Product Management. (SDLC-Software Development Life Cycle)
3 + years in software product design
3+ years experience working in an Agile SDLC environment
3+ years experience working with customers/customer interfacing and understanding the voice of the customer
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program of study
Experience with enterprise reporting software
Implementation experience with B2B software, enterprise preferred
Experience in quality and regulatory best practices and standards is highly preferred
Technical aptitude in articulating vision, detailed product requirements necessary to design and build software products
Proven ability to communicate crisply and influence cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of GMP quality processes and regulated document management
Life science experience to ensure that Sparta is building world class products in-line with client, market and government regulations on an international scale
Excellent communication skills, is a strong negotiator and facilitator, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to interface appropriately at all levels (i.e. engineers, management, executives)
