NORAM Global Strategic Partnerships - Visa INC & Mastercard

  • ID/Payment Product collaboration with I&S and DBU

  • Mastercard and Visa current core global strategy is merging ID/Payment. Drive ID/Payment programs for Scheme partnership supporting Visa and MA Global deals based out of NORAM.

  • Actively involved in driving IDEMIA’s ID product development and marketing message, collaboratively across multiple BU’s in order to meet ID requirements for Visa and Mastercard.

  • Relationship Management

  • Mapping of the relationship and clarification of the organization, globally and regionally

  • Identify and develop new contacts based on the Idemia strategy

  • Ensure regular meetings with senior level members of both organization

  • Facility senior management meetings at key events

  • Activity/Strategy

  • Understand and share Idemia Strategy with the schemes, at global and regional level

  • Understand and share the scheme strategy and share with Idemia teams

  • Marketing/Product/R&D crossing Idemia BU

  • Facility product management reviews internally and influence use of the Idemia resources

  • Strategic Management

  • Create a global plan in-line with Idemia strategy

  • Coordination with the Idemia regional marketing

  • Help identify and support strategic projects/POC

  • Understand and document the process for innovations and certifications

  • Support site audit for existing and new services

  • External Communication

  • Engage with Schemes to understand their strategy and ensure they understand the Idemia strategy/products/services

  • Position Idemia as strategic/innovative partner

  • Look for opportunities for joint marketing/events and communications

  • Internal Communication

  • Manage and co-ordinate internal communication with marketing, technical and product teams on latest Scheme information

  • Work cross BU to inform and support on Scheme strategies

  • Report activities to ensure regional and global projects are clearly identified and supported

  • Involve key Idemia personnel in Scheme meetings

  • Products/Services

  • Ensure latest information on products and services is received and archived for access by the relevant teams/personnel

  • Work and support the product and development teams to ensure latest specifications/applets are available and the certification is timely

  • Ensure new processes are documented and shared

  • Provide quarterly updates on news such as mandates and changes to processes

  • Ensure key personnel from organizations have regular communications

Education: BA or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field

Years of experience: 7+ in Account Management or Marketing, Brand, Sales

Knowledge/skills and abilities:

  • Proven ability to find strategic partnerships that have led to increase revenue and contracts

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with SME's in joint partnership sales efforts

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Business plan creation
