Arrow Electronics is actively seeking a Supplier Marketing Strategist to drive marketing strategy for the public sector, one of our largest industry market segments. This individual will work very close with suppliers and channel partners to develop and manage successful end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting the state, local and education market (SLED). He or she will be responsible for developing detailed marketing campaign plans and analyzing performance on an ongoing basis to continuously optimize results. This person will work alongside the sales teams, cultivating relationships with stakeholders to drive pipeline aligned to region/business unit goals.
He or she must thoroughly understand how to develop results-oriented public sector marketing programs that leverage appropriate value propositions, channels and tactics to generate full-funnel demand throughout the buyer journey and achieve defined marketing objectives that support business unit outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully deliver/execute marketing campaign plans and demonstrate ROI, while delivering exceptional services to our clients. This position can be located anywhere in the US and is fully remote
What You'll Be Doing:
Develops multi-touch and multi-channel marketing strategy and plans to promote supplier brands. Uses effective internal and external performance benchmarks in setting objectives and planning effective campaigns. Accountable for delivering ROI on marketing investment through the effective execution of marketing plans.
Using advanced product and technical knowledge/understanding within defined supplier and brand/product area, creates high-impact supplier marketing campaigns that drive supplier new product introductions and creation of qualified opportunities from targeted buyers.
Develops detailed marketing campaign briefs, aligns with a myriad of stakeholders to agree on plan and then works with the shared services organization or outside agencies to execute the plan.
Continuously monitors campaign performance. Analyzes and reports key metrics and ROI to stakeholders.
Becomes the face of Arrow ECS Marketing to the supplier community. Single point of contact for all planned or unplanned campaigns. Closely monitors the progress made on the execution of the campaigns with shared services teams or any agencies working on the campaign activities.
Applies a deep understanding of Arrow's value proposition, initiatives and programs and use these items to guide strategic marketing planning for external customers and internal stakeholders to gain market share and maximize profitability.
Manages marketing campaign budget(s). Ensure marketing plan is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommends or redirects strategies as needed.
Experience / Education:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 10 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
A proven track record of successful channel marketing engagement and campaigns
Ability to build strong relationships with channel partners, sales organizations and other key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment
Experienced working with the public sector channel
Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment
Deep understanding of customer and channel buying cycles and preferred engagement points and vehicles

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$118,800.00 - $145,200.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
