Job Description

As the Epic Marketing Advisor for Coram, you will support the Coram Marketing Director in driving connectivity and engagement with providers and patients through B2B and B2C marketing strategies. You will also help market Coram’s innovative connectivity solutions to help raise awareness, elevate the brand and drive growth. In this position, you will partner closely with sales, Epic and marketing colleagues to:--Develop high-impact content about Coram’s connectivity solutions, including Epic Care Everywhere Referral Management and MyChart to drive adoption and growth. --Develop operational communication templates and other communications to engage with providers and patients through Epic’s channels. --Optimize Coram’s connectivity solutions over time.Key responsibilities include:--Partner with Epic sales leaders to develop and execute B2B marketing plans to drive business growth goals, including collaboration on the development of presentations, website content, email, printed materials, video, etc. --Partner with Epic operations leaders to develop and execute B2C and B2B engagement communication strategies that help drive engagement between Coram, patients and providers through Epic channels. --Leverage customer insights, research, industry knowledge and best practices to form effective approaches to engage patients and providers --Write creative briefs and partner effectively with our internal/external creative services agencies to develop compelling, on-brand marketing materials. --Collaborate with SMEs, Brand Compliance and Legal to help ensure marketing material is accurate and has appropriate final approvals prior to sharing it externally.--Collaborate with Coram and enterprise Epic teams to optimize Epic in ways that continuously improve the provider, patient and colleague experience.

Required Qualifications

--5+ years of experience in marketing or related field--Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, meeting deadlines and key milestones --Strong relationship and collaboration skills with proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization --Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal and written--Results driven with the ability to clearly develop and articulate key success measures--Ability to juggle multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously and re-balance priorities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Health care expertise and understanding, specifically with home infusion, hospital discharge planning and/or Epic a plus.

Education

--Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.--Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field, or related experience is preferred.
