Manager, Market Intelligence & Analytics
The Market Intelligence and Analytics Manager leads a team of public sector and commercial research analytics professionals on challenging and intriguing projects that drive business decisions, grow market share and identify new opportunities. This role is responsible for directing the team in researching, analyzing, and identifying enterprise technology sales opportunities and presenting findings to internal and external executives and business leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identify federal opportunities and monitor key trends and policy updates that impact the defense industrial base.
Direct the team in data analysis to develop actionable insights and demonstrate proficient public speaking abilities by communicating recommendations in a clear, concise fashion to a wide range of audiences.
Conduct and lead research and analysis of government spending, market trends and policy and legislation changes.
Strategically grow the Market Intelligence team’s span of influence to become a data-driven center of excellence.
Serve as a strategic partner on marketing campaign outcomes and optimization to drive more effective marketing strategies and decisions.
Innovate new Market Intelligence capabilities and offerings for internal and external stakeholders to drive new revenue streams.
Deliver thought leadership content to suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to increase awareness of intelligence capabilities.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business value is being derived from Market Intelligence deliverables.
Assist senior management with planning and budgeting where necessary and ensures available resources are fully taken advantage of.
Lead, mentor and train a team of research and analytics professionals.

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in federal market intelligence and a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Expertise and background in department of defense (DoD) and public sector market trends.
4+ years experience leading a team
Excellent writer and public speaker with a proven ability to communicate a story with data.
Preferred: experience in marketing analytics.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$141,075.00 - $172,425.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
