As a Lead Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing, you report to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing within the Customer Success organization. Your mission will be to design and execute go to market strategies at a segment and group level to support key retention, adoption and value realization plays that meet broader business unit objectives. This individual will work closely with teams to enable a coordinated effort around programs, this team member should take end to end ownership of program ideation, execution, reporting and success.
The Main Responsibilities
Leveraging segmentation analysis and other qualitative and quantitative data/tools to ideate and execute go to market programs that drive results.
Take ownership for program execution and performance. Define approach, messaging, target titles, persona led channel executions. Inclusive of digital, event, thought leadership and enablement activities and channels.
Execute on Aces Enablement and coordinate with PMO for program buy in and ongoing support as needed.
Promote and track usage of aces enablement tools relevant to your segment and where appropriate recommend additional tools.
Develop content as needed to assist in play development and execution.
Understands how to develop, communicate and manage a go to market campaign, tying approach logic to outcomes and tracking against those goals.
Work closely with defined CS segment leaders to ensure we are supporting their needs.
Works closely with peers within Customer Success Marketing and with external stakeholders such as Acquisition marketing, and where necessary solution marketing, Marcom, Marketing Technology etc.
Communicate dependencies and roadblocks to delivery early and often as appropriate.
Manage simultaneous projects of varying complexities.
Coordinates with digital team members to execute on paid and owned programs.
Manage requests and priorities with management guidance.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen with ability to manage programs from ideation through to execution and reporting
History of owning management and execution of marketing programs in this B2B Technology space
Proactive self-starter who is motivated to deliver on results
Comfortable with managing programs to KPI targets and tracking, communicating results and updates consistently to leadership
Comfortable integrating qualitative and quantitative data into go to market strategies and programs
Comfortable with speaking to large audiences
4+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 accounts within a B2B technology marketing environment
4+Leveraging segmentation analysis and other qualitative and quantitative data/tools to ideate and execute go to market programs that drive results.
Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or another related field. Masters preferred
