The Demand Generation Campaign Manager is responsible for delivering the strategy and implementation approach for regional marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Americas, aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets.
This role requires a unique combination of marketing experience, business acumen, industry knowledge, project management, and communication skills. And at the heart of it, you have to love to get things done.
The successful candidate will work with industry teams to deliver direct-to-customer campaigns for e-commerce and demand generation. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans to reach target audiences and drive demand; testing marketing content to optimize for conversion; and measuring results to ensure campaigns are helping meet business objectives. The role requires excellent communication, planning, execution, and project management skills, as well as the ability to refine and implement comprehensive integrated marketing programs. The candidate must be able to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited supervision and leverage strong collaboration skills across multiple teams. Attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, understanding digital, data, and experience on-demand generation campaigns will be critical to success in this role.
Plan, direct, and execute Autodesk’s e-commerce and lead generation global industry campaigns for Design and Manufacturing (D&M)
Partner with the industry team to plan and execute webinars
Define the marketing strategy and marketing mix for global industry campaigns in AMER (including United States, Canada, and Latin America) and partner with digital media on the execution of all digital inbound tactics such as paid search, display, and social
Manage budgets to meet deadlines and maximize return on spend
Drive business growth and contribute to the AMER D&M sales target and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with extended stakeholders like inside sales, channel marketing, and industry teams to execute the marketing plan
Ongoing analysis of campaign performance across all channels to make data-driven decisions for further optimization
Ensure continuous testing, piloting, and optimization of marketing tactics and content through data-driven analysis and by leveraging the latest technology like audience management tools and customer journey orchestration
Partner with AMER Sales teams to communicate marketing plans and ensure business alignment
Develop monthly and quarterly reports on performance for key stakeholders and management teams
Pursue opportunities to share learnings with and adopt best practices from other Demand Generation Managers globally
4+ years Marketing experience in B2B industry, software vendor experience is a plus
Experience building marketing strategy,executing demand generation campaigns and performance analysis
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce highly valued
Ability to work independently
Experience with budget management
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
BA/BS degree, in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
