RedHat Account-Based Marketing Manager, Financial Services in Massachusetts
Job summary
The Red Hat North America Field Marketing team is looking for a strategic and practical Account-Based Marketing Manager for the financial services vertical to join us. In this role, you will foster deeper partnerships with strategic financial services customers that lead to deeper relationships and increased affinity for Red Hat. As a member of the team, you will plan and carry out highly customized marketing activities at the customer account levels, providing insights for decision-maker engagement while maximizing the efficiency of the sales and marketing process. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
Primary job responsibilities
Align closely with Sales team and oversee the planning and fulfillment of marketing strategy for a multi-million dollar named account
Map organizational decision-makers and identify key contacts within each named account
Analyze customer marketplace, company, firmographic, technographic, and intent data to inform a strategy to engage and support the customer
Develop personalized marketing campaigns to foster engagement, improve reputation, and grow the customer total lifetime value
Develop test plans and monitor performance results for multiple customer acquisition channels and life cycle campaigns
Provide regular updates on industry, company, and contacts to assigned sales account teams to identify potential selling opportunities
Create customized content for the account
Measure, report, and optimize marketing campaigns
Required skills
5-7 years of experience in marketing
5+ years of experience with building and carrying out 1:1 account-based marketing programs
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence, and ROI
Customer-focused, goal-focused, self-starter, problem solver, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Writing and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful go to market materials including web, email, and social content
Experience planning, directing, and delivering digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies
Demonstrated ability to achieve hands-on results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Willingness to travel up to 25%
