What you'll do

  • Manage the Hollow Fiber Filtration product line. Focus on maximizing business growth across all aspects of the products’ lifecycle.

  • Develop the Hollow Fiber strategy and annual objectives, work closely with cross-functional colleagues to insure proper execution.

  • Be the business expert for Hollow Fiber products. Function as the point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal business partners and external customers.

  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with manufacturing, R&D, and quality to successfully drive both short-term and long-term projects that strengthen product offerings.

  • Maintain customer focus, represent voice of customer internally to advocate for customer needs.

  • Partner with marketing to create compelling customer facing material, and commercial sales tools

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with commercial team members including account managers and modality experts.

  • Support the establishment/refinement of product management processes, including annual road-mapping and pricing review.

  • Comply with all site Quality Management System requirements.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field. MBA highly desirable.

  • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development, or related field.

  • Product Management/Marketing knowledge, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement.

  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Strong analytical and process skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive a continuous improvement and safety culture.

  • Proficient in the use of IT systems & Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
