What you’ll do

  • Manage initiatives across the Upstream Single-Use product portfolio. Focus on business-critical issues (e.g. financial or product quality) across all aspects of the lifecycle of all product platforms.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (business leaders, site leaders, quality leaders and commercial leaders) to successfully drive both short- and long-term projects to strengthen the overall Upstream Single-Use solution.

  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership to execute the vision and strategy across the Upstream Single-Use portfolios, interfacing with product portfolio teams, commercial teams, supply chain, R&D, marketing, enterprise solutions, and security of supply).

  • Maintain single voice of the customer focus across Upstream Single-Use portfolios, representing the customer, industry trends and platform leaders’ direction to drive a single-portfolio strategy.

  • Be a business expert across the Upstream Single-Use product portfolio initiatives. Function as a point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal business partners and external customers.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product development, or related field.

  • 3+ years of Product Management/Marketing knowledge (e.g., market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage independently, with minimal oversight.
