We are looking for a Project Manager Commercial Strategy to work with our expert Project Manager Commercial Strategy team of 30 employees across the world. What you’ll do

  • Responsible for leading the development and implementation of highly visible strategic initiatives across the Americas and EMEA regions to maximize Cytiva’s growth

  • Partner with commercial leadership and other functions to lead the development and implementation of key business initiatives, programs, resource planning and strategic projects designed to support Cytiva's short and long-term profitable growth across all sales channels and modalities

    • Partner closely with the GM Commercial Strategy & Operations to launch, lead and execute strategic initiative(s) and complex project(s) in collaboration with other Danaher operating companies
  • Develop a strategic understanding of the business and be the person that can connect the dots, structure problems, understand opportunities, and develop solutions that bring about impactful change (identify areas of improvement and sales support needs; drive efficiency; identify new business opportunities)

  • Organize complex business problems into concrete, impactful projects and business cases; synthesize findings and summarize a broad range of data inputs into frameworks that enable clear communication of data, insights and business recommendations to all levels of leadership

    • Partner cross-functionally to build the processes required to drive the execution and measure the impact of Cytiva's commercial strategy and key initiatives
  • Act as business partner and drive strategic engagement with Zone / Modality / Regional Commercial Leaders to relay and shape business strategy while measuring field performance

  • Leverage internal and external data to build complex models and complete data analytics to support the strategic vision of the business

  • -Stay up to date and leverage market research and external intelligence to develop and communicate insights & analytics of Life Sciences industry, highlighting short- and long-term trends as well as new business opportunities

  • Own detailed data analytics and develop complex models to identify business strategies that allow the Americas and EMEA commercial teams to improve execution and enhance business profitability and sales growth

  • Support the design and development of key metrics and dashboards to provide critical sales reporting and communicate key insights across organization, including Cytiva & Danaher executive leadership

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 year business related experience at large, matrix, multi-currency, international organization; prior experience as consultant and/or proven project management experience preferred although not required

  • Process-oriented, highly structured individual able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change; research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitor dynamics and business dynamics to provide relevant business insights

  • Microsoft Office skills essential (including Excel, PowerPoint, Access); professional experience with Salesforce.com (CRM), Oracle e-business suite (ERP), QlikView preferred

  • Motivated, outcome driven, result-oriented high achiever with demonstrated ability to influence, lead and think strategically; analytical mindset with excellent technical computer and advanced data modeling / analytical skills; able to work equally well with quantitative and qualitative data sources to provide data-driven solutions

  • Experience in interacting with, presenting to and persuading all levels of leadership through the creation and management of presentations/business cases, in order to drive decisions

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and sharp written/oral communication skills; able to balance data analysis with data visualization

  • Team player with proven abilities to prioritize and lead a cross-functional team towards achieving common goal(s) within agreed deadlines
